General (Flight) Operations Manual (GOM)
The General Flight Operations Manual or GOM is a segment of the operator’s manual system. It must contain operational guidance for flight, ground, and management personnel. The staff at Black River will work with your management personnel to build a custom GOM that is specific to the size and scope of your operations.
Manual includes:
- Letter of Request to the FSDO for GOM Approval
- Meets the requirements of 14 CFR Part 135.23
- Presented in a format that complies with ICAO & FAA requirements
